What we are. Scenic City Home Offer is a real estate investment business operated by Timely Investors LLC. We are not a real estate broker, agent, lender, appraiser or attorney, and we don't represent you. When we make you an offer, we are a buyer acting for ourselves.
No obligation. Submitting the form doesn't commit you to anything. Any offer, contract or sale is strictly between you and the buyer.
No fees. You never pay us a fee or commission.
