What you type into our form: property address and details, your name, phone number, email, and your answers about your situation and timeline. We also record the page or ad that brought you here, and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type.
How we use it
To contact you about your property and make an offer. If we decide not to buy it ourselves, we may share your details with one local investor partner so they can contact you about it. We also use your information to run and improve our business and to keep records of your consent. We do not sell your information to lists or to multiple buyers.
Who we share it with
Up to one investor partner, as described above. Service providers who host this site and process forms (for example Netlify). Authorities, if the law requires it. A partner we share it with uses it under its own privacy practices.
Calls and texts
If you checked the consent box, we and up to one investor partner may call or text you about selling your property, including with automated technology and prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages. Reply STOP to any text, or ask any caller to stop, and contact will end. Consent isn't required to buy or sell anything.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, then we delete it. Consent records may be kept longer where the law requires.
